摘要
目的 观察茵陈蒿汤对ABO血型不合致反复自然流产患者的防治作用。 方法 有反复自然流产史 ,O型血母亲且体内血型抗体效价增高≥ 1∶32者在孕前后服茵陈蒿汤进行防治。 结果 2 8例患者经治疗后妊娠 ,2 0例孕期未再出现流产迹象 ,8例又出现流产迹象 ,保胎治疗成功 3例 ,获活产婴儿 2 3个 ,治疗有效率是 82 %。 结论 茵陈蒿汤可用来防治因ABO血型抗体增高导致的反复自然流产患者 ,对本次妊娠前的母体进行治疗 。
Objective To determine the effectivenes of capillarin decoction of prevention and treatment with the repeated abortions resulted from unfit blood typing(A/B/O).Methods28 cases of blood typing be'O' with higher antibody (A or B≥1∶32,their husbands's blood typing are not O) and history of repeated abortions received the remedy of capillarin decoctions until pregnancy and parturition.Results 20 of the 28 pregnant women have normal gestation without any abortion signs.8 cases suffering from abortions again,but 3 cases were cured and term labor.Efficiency was 82%.Conclusion Capillarin decoction can prevent and cure repeated abortions resulted from high blood typing antibody.These cases were treated before pregnancy with fewer medicines.
