摘要
目的 :观察甲基强的松龙冲击疗法在救治内科危重病的临床疗效。方法 :回顾性分析30例内科危重患者 (系统性红斑狼疮、特发性血小板减少性紫癜、哮喘持续状态等 )均使用甲基强的松龙冲击疗法 ,观察其临床疗效。结果 :18例治愈 ,缓解 10例 ,死亡 3例。结论 :甲基强的松龙冲击疗法对传统治疗难以奏效的患者能发挥疗效 ,并能减少皮质激素的用量 ,对救治内科危重病具有明显的临床效果。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of the impactive treatment with the medicine of Melbylprednisone(MP) in the medicine patients of serious disease.Methods: 30 cases with medicine patients of serious disease were analysised retrospectively after impactive treatment of MP. Results: 18 cases cure,10 cases tardiness,3 cases die.Conclusion: The impactive treatment of MP was effective in the traditional treatment,and reduce the dosage of the cortical hormone ,it is distinctly effective to cure medicine patients with serious disease for the impactive treatment of MP.
