The analysis of autogenous alveolar cleft with porous bone and membrance grafting

摘要 目的 :分析进入青春期唇腭裂鼻畸形修复及牙槽嵴裂同期植入天然多孔骨无机材料(Bio -Oss)及可吸收双层生物胶原膜 (Bio -Gide)的可行性及植入效果。方法 :对 32例同期行牙槽嵴裂植入天然多孔骨无机材料无机材料及可吸收双层生物胶原膜与鼻畸形修复进行研究 ,对术后随访的X线片进行效果客观评价。结果 :随访 6~ 12月其中 31例效果满意 ,1例伤口拆线后牙龈处伤口裂开 ,但无Bio -Oss颗粒脱出 ,经换药伤口愈合。结论 :对于错过植骨最佳时期进入青春期的患者 ,牙槽嵴裂植入天然多孔骨无机材料能够代替植入的松质骨 ,避免再开辟第二术区给病人造成的痛苦 ,联合应用可吸收双层生物胶原膜 ,保证了植入天然多孔骨无机材料的成功。 Objective: To analyse the feasibilities and treatment results of nasal malformation and alveolar clefts with Bio-Oss porous bone mineral matrix and resorbable bilayer membrance grafting of lip and palate for adulthood. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed in 32 alveolar cleft and repair nasal malformation. The result of the porous bone and resorbable bilayer membrance grafting and nasal malformation was evaluated on the radiographs.Results: A retrospective was carried out succeed for a time period of six to twelve months. One of them the result was not as good as expected. Conclusion: For the adults who missed the best time of bone grafting. We can use porous bone grafting instead of bone grafting in alveolar cleft to avoid the second operation .Rresorbable bilayer membrance can help to the success porous bone grafting.
