摘要
舌与心在生理与病理方面均密切相关 ,从理论、实验、临床运用三个方面系统总结阐述了舌与心血管疾病的相关性研究。理论研究总结古代文献资料 ;实验研究发现舌与心功能优劣、血液状态的改变关系密切 ;临床上发现心血管病患者的舌象变化有一定倾向性 ,依舌辨证分型、指导用药、判断预侯 。
Tongue is closely associated with the heart physiologically and pathologically.This paper summarizes the correlation between tongue conditions and cardiovascular diseases from the perspectives of theory,experiment and clinical practice.In theory,this paper collects the ancient medical literature;experimental researches find that the tongue conditions are closely associated with the heart functions and blood states;clinical finding shows that the tongue conditions change regularly in the patients with cardiovascular diseases.Syndrome differentiation,medication gudance and prognosis decision on the basis of tongue conditions play a positive role in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
