摘要
用补阳还五汤加味治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡 (RAU) 96例 ,疗程 2～ 3周 ,总有效率为88 5 %。观察发现RAU患者微循环血液流速、流量与正常人比较差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;治疗后微循环流速、流量以及血液流变性均得到了明显改善 ,与治疗前比较P <0 0 5。
Buyang Huanwu Decoction' was used to treat 96 cases of RAU,and the total effective rate was 88 5%.In addition,observation found that there was a difference in the blood velocity and volume between RAU patients and healthy people, P <0 05;and that after treatment the blood velocity,volume and rheology improved strikingly in relation to those before treatment, P <0 05.
