医院通过岗位竞争竞聘,科学设置岗位,严格聘用程序,实行评聘分离,从而营造良好的竞争氛围,改善服务态度,提高了医疗工作的效率和质量,使医院专业技术人才结构日趋合理,医院的管理走向良性发展轨道。为了保证岗位聘任的顺利实施,必须抓住1个关键点,坚持2项原则,处理好3个关系。
Through competitive position employment,scientific evaluation and employemnt procedure,our hospital has been set up a better competitive circumstance.Efficiency of staff and quality of medical treatment and serivce have been improved.The structure of professional technology human resources has been gradually reasonable.At the same time the hospitals management has been in positive development orbit.We deeply realize that we must control one key point,insist two principles and handle well three relations in order to guarantee the position employment smoothly into practices.
