摘要
循环型经济是一种与环境和谐的经济发展模式,是未来经济发展的必由之路。日本面对国内外形势的变化,在总结自身经验教训的基础上,为实现经济社会的可持续发展,提出了建设循环型社会的目标,并从20世纪90年代起围绕建设循环型经济社会的目标,逐步地从法制建设、技术手段、经济结构和社会观念等各个方面进行了有益的实践。
The recycling type of economy, being an economic development mode that is in harmony with the environment, is found to be the only way to future economic development. Faced with the changes occurring in both the internal and external economic situation, based on a summation of the experiences and lessons undergone so far, Japan has set as the future goal the endeavor ofconstructing a recycling type of society. Concerning this goal of constructing the recycling economy type of society, Japan has been carrying out fruitful practice in such sectors as legislature, technology, economic structure and social ideology since 1990s.
