摘要
不良债权的不断增殖和存在的长期化,使日本经济陷入了螺旋萧条状态。这种局面的形成,存在许多人为方面的因素,拖延这一问题的处理,对经济造成了诸多不利影响。围绕这一问题日本学术界展开了激烈的争论,提出了各种各样的解决途径和方案。
Obsessed with the long-term bad creditor抯 rights problem and its ever increasing multiplication, the economy of Japan has been thrown into a spiral state of recession. Contributing to the deterioration of this situation there have been many man-made factors, including the delay in addressing the problems, which has resulted in multiple adverse effects on Japan抯 economy. Heated debate has been going on in the Japanese academic circles concerning this issue, during which various solutions and measures have been proposed.
