摘要
目的 建立快速、灵敏及特异的检测溶脲脲原体免疫诊断方法。方法 应用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术 ,制备单克隆抗体 ,并对其进行鉴定。结果 共获得 7株能持续、稳定分泌抗支原体抗体的杂交瘤细胞系。单抗的类别 4株为IgG1,3株为IgG2b。用ELISA法鉴定特异性良好。结论 制备的抗溶脲脲原体单克隆抗体特异性强。
Objective To establish a rapid, sensitive and specific immunodiagnostic method of the detection of mycoplasma urealyticum. Methods McAb were prepared and identified by applying the lymphocyte hybridoma technique. Results The 7 kinds of the hybridoma cell lines secreating anti mycoplasma antibodies continuously and stably were obtained. Among them, 4 were IgG1 and 3 were IgG2b. The ELISA method was excellent for identifying the specificity. Conclusion Prepared McAb against the mycoplasma urealyticum is spectificity and high potency.
