摘要
本文结合我校专业建设的实践,讨论高等职业教育专业建设中的若干问题。提出高等职业教育应明确目标定位,立足市场需求,设置新专业,调整专业方向;搞好双专科建设,培养复合型人才;通过整合优化。构建具有高职特色的课程体系;加强高职教材的编写;从学历层次、“双师型”、兼职教师三方面,强化师资队伍建设;突出高职特色,加大实践环节建设力度,注重产学合作等观点。
Based on the practice of NTVC, this paper focuses on major problems of specialty provision in higher vocational education. It puts forward the specialties should be set up and adjusted according to the aim of higher vocational education, and meet market requirement; efforts should be exerted on double majors to cultivate compound personnels; a curriculum should be set up through optimizction and adjustment ; the quality of the teachers should also be raised; more emphasis should be laid on the practice.
