紫外分光光度法测定去羧氯雷他定片的含量

摘要 目的 研究去羧氯雷他定的含量测定方法 ,为去羧氯雷他定制剂的质量控制提供依据和参考。方法 将去羧氯雷他定样品于 2 0 0~ 4 0 0nm进行扫描 ,并进行稳定性、加样回收、重现性实验。结果 最大吸收波长为 2 82nm ,样品在 8h内稳定 ,RSD为 0 31% ,回收率为 99 6 7% ,RSD为 0 32 % ,重现性良好。结论 本法用于去羧氯雷他定含量测定 ,简捷、快速、可靠 。 AIM To study a method for the content of desloratadine in desloratadine tablets in order to offer reference for the control of quality in preparation. METHODS To scan the sample solution in the wavelength 200~400 nm and determinate the recovery of standard addition, reproducty and stability. RESULTS The large absorbability wavelength was at 282 nm. The sample solution was stability in 8 h.(RSD:0 31%) The average recovery rate was 99 67% with relative standard deviation of 0 32%. CONCLUSION The method was reproducible, rapid, simple and accurate, and it can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
