摘要
目的 探讨采用低位前切除术治疗中低位直肠癌的疗效。方法 5 6例直肠癌采用低位前切除术为治疗组 ;5 4例直肠癌采用腹会阴联合切除术为对照组 ,比较两组术后并发症、局部复发率和生存率等资料。结果 采用低位前切除术治疗直肠癌的术后并发症 ,局部复发率、生存率和腹会阴联合切除术比较差异无显著性。结论 低位前切除术适合中低位直肠癌的治疗 ,效果满意。
AIM To study effects of low anterior nesection for middle or lower rectal carcinoma. METHODS\ Follow up data on 110 patients, they were treated by low anterior resection, these patients suffer from middle or lower rectal carcinoma. Sargically from February 1989 to March 2001 were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS\ In postoperative complications?Local recurrent rate and survival rate between two group patients no significant difference was found. CONCLUSION\ Low anterior resection is a good surgical procedure for the treatment of middle or lower rectal carcinoma.
