摘要
工业化是一个国家或地区由落后走向发达、由贫困走向富裕的经济发展的必经阶段。衡量工业化程度的指标既有工业增加值标准 ,也有非农产业劳动力标准。实现工业化的前提条件是需要有相应的生产关系变革或进行制度创新。海南特区离全国工业化的平均水平有相当的差距 ,因此海南应采取得力而有效的措施推进工业化进程 ,以缩小与全国的工业化差距 ,并以此提高海南民众的经济福利水平。
Industrialization is the essential stage of economic development for a country or region to change from backwardness to forwardness and from poverty to prosperity.The index to assess the industrialization degree covers both industry increase standard and non-agricutural labour force one.The premise to realize the industrialization involves relevant production relation reform and system innovation.The gap between Hainan's industrialization and national average standard being wide,effective measures should be taken to promote industrialization process to narrow the gap and improve the welfare level of Hainaners.
