摘要
本文根据信息工程理论,运用系统工程思想,在对港口企业的职能和主要业务活动进行分析和抽象的基础上,提出了一个由主系统、支持保障系统、综合统计系统和计划决策系统所构成的港口企业模型。并给出了主要数据类。该模型的研究,有利于港口 MIS 建设的理论分析与总体规划设计工作。
On the basis of analyzing and abstracting port enterprise's functions and main business activities,an information engineering theory—based port enterprise model is presented by using system engineering's ideas.This model consists of the main system,support safeguarding system,comprehen— sive statistic system and plannign decision system.Also,main data tyaes are given.The study of the model can be advantageous to theoretic analysis and design of overall planning for port MIS construc- tion.
