摘要
本文通过烟台港信息系统建设工作的总结,介绍了港口信息系统在全局数据库概念模式指导下的分阶段、分层次的建设模式,以及在系统建设过程中如何把技术性和社会性相结合的方法。
While making a conclusion of building YTPMIS,this paper decribes that the scheme is built by both phases and levels according to the conceptual schema of global database.The paper also shows how to combine technology with socialogy,in the course of building the schema.
