摘要
本文试图从信息系统性质,特点以及他在社会信息化过程中所起到的巨大作用,阐明信息系统建设工程性质,主张把信息系统建设纳入基本建设轨道,并初步探讨其可行性。
According to the nature and character of information system and its huge role in process of informizing of the society,in this paper the author tries to state the nature of information system project,and holds that informa- tion system should be brougnt into the orbit of capital construction.Then,its feasibility is discussed briefly。
