摘要
抚顺石油化工研究院(FRIPP)开发了用于直馏航煤精制的加氢技术,该技术采用高活性的FDS 4A催化剂,可在较低的压力和氢油比、高空速条件下实现航煤精制目的,精制航煤产品符合3#喷气燃料质量标准。该技术具有操作条件缓和、设备投资及操作费用较低、运转周期长、无污染等特点。低压加氢技术已成功应用于茂名石化120万t/a、高桥石化80万t/a等三套煤油加氢装置。
A low pressure jet fuel hydrofining process is developed by FRIPP. Using high active catalyst FDS4A, refined product that meets the quality specification of No.3 jet fuel can be obtained under the reaction condition of low pressure, low hydrogen/oil ratio and high space velocity. The process has the characteristic of mild operating condition, low investment and low cost, long cycle length and low pollution. It has been commercialized in 3 units in Maoming and Gaoqiao petrochemical companies.
