摘要
在平面连杆机构中四杆机构是最基本的型式.鉴于计算机日益普及,而目前四杆机构设计多数是采用查谱法、试凑法,本文将计算机辅助设计四杆机构与计算机绘图结合起来,用BASIC语言编制了四连杆机构的设计计算框图、程序和动态机构图形演示程序.设计人员只需输入四杆机构各杆长度计算机即可判定机构的类型,算出各运动性能参数,并动态演示机构的运动,绘制连杆曲线,该程序还可作为机械原理的教学软件,提高学生使用计算机的能力.本文所述方法也可对滑块机构,常用的六连杆机构进行计算机辅助设计和动态机构图形演示.与优化程序联接,可实现机构优化设计与动态机构图形的统一,校验优化结果,对四杆机构的设计、优化起到显著的作用.
Of all forms of plane connecting-link mechanisms,the four-connecting-link is the most basic one.Since the present four-connecting-link design was in most cases done by means of atlas consultation and sample test when computers are bacoming more and more popular,this thesis,combining the CAD of the four-connecting-link mechanism and computer drawing,works out the calculating flow—charts and the programmes of the four-connecting-link design,and the demonstration programmes of the dynamic me- chanical drawings with BASIC.only by inputting the date of the length of every link can the designer decide the type of the mechanism,figure out the kinetic property parameters,dynamically demonstrate the motion of the mechanism and draw the curve of the links.This programme can also be used as the teaching software for principle of ma- chinery,so as to raise the students' ability in the utilization of computers,The method described in this thesis can also be applied to the CAD and dynamic mechanical demon- stration of the slide—block mechanism and the active six—connecting—link mechanism.An unitarity of the mechanical majorizing design and the dynamic mechanical drawings can be realized by connecting this programme with that of majorization,which,according as the checking test shows,has an outstanding effect on the design and majorizatoin of the four—connecting—link mechanism.
