IL-10在不同病理类型肾病综合征患儿中的变化分析 被引量：1

摘要 探讨白细胞介素 10 (IL 10 )与患儿原发性肾病综合征 (INS)病理形态间的关系。应用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测病理形态不同的INS患儿外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)中IL 10的蛋白水平。结果系膜增生性肾炎及IgA肾病患儿PBMC中IL 10的蛋白水平明显高于对照组 ,微小病变、局灶节段性肾小球硬化和膜增生性肾小球肾炎患儿PBMC中IL 10的蛋白水平略高于对照组 ,但差异不明显。PBMC中IL
