摘要
目的 :探讨严重多发伤在急诊科的救治原则。方法 :回顾性分析急诊科收治的 5 70例严重多发伤的临床资料 ,其中紧急抢救 3 74例 ,联合手术 474例 ,急诊科一期手术 10例。结果 :急诊科现场抢救成功率为 80 % ,手术抢救成功率为 72 %。结论 :严重多发伤在急诊科的救治原则 :应积极处理致命性损伤 ;联合手术时应合理安排手术顺序 ;特别危重病人在急诊科应行一期手术。这样能减少风险 。
Objective:To discuss the principles of medical aid for severe multiple injuries in emergency department. Methods:The clinical materials of 570 severe multiple injury patients in emergency department were analyzed retrospectively. Among the patients, first aid treatment was performed in 374, the joint operation in 474 and the first phase operation in 10. Results:The successful rate of emergency treatment on the spot was 80%. The successful rate of the operation was 72%. Conclusion:The principles of emergency treatment for severe multiple injuries is to treat the fatal injury positively in emergency department. When a joint operation is performed, the sequence of the operation should be arranged rationally. The first phase operation on a dying patient should be performed in emergency department. The above steps can decrease the risk and increase the successful rate during the emergency treatment.
