经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影术的安全性和可行性研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的 :旨在探讨经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影的安全性和可行性。方法 :将经桡动脉途径冠脉造影与同期经股动脉冠脉造影的患者进行比较 ,分别观察二组在手术和住院结果等方面的差异。结果 :桡动脉组在平均穿刺时间、平均导管到位时间、导管更换次数、平均手术时间、X线曝光时间上稍长。经桡动脉组在局部并发症、压迫止血时间、住院时间和病人舒适性、平均住院费用等方面优于股动脉组。结论 :经桡动脉行冠脉造影与经股动脉同样安全、可行 ,经桡动脉的穿刺局部并发症少见 ,病人更乐意接受。 Objectives:To discuss the safety and feasibility of transradial coronary angiography. Methods:Divide the patients into two groups, one with transradial approach, the other with transfemoral approach. Compare the operation and inpatient results between two groups. Results:There are no significant differences of angiographic quality, puncture's successful rate, procedural duration, and severe complications between the two groups. The local complication, number of coronary catheters, hemostasis time, inpatient time and the total cost of coronary angiography are better for patients with the transradial approach, and the comfort is also better in the transradial approach group. Conclusions:Safety and feasibility of transradial coronary angiography is similar to that of transfemoral coronary angiography. Patients prefer the transradial approach due to its fewer local complication and more comfort.
