摘要
目的 :对耐万古霉素的肠球菌进行表型及基因型分析 ,了解临床耐万古霉素肠球菌 (VRE)的流行状况 ,指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法 :48株肠球菌 ,按常规方法进行鉴定 ,并采用琼脂筛选法对耐万古霉素肠球菌进一步筛选。将筛选出的 3株耐万古霉素肠球菌 ,以多重PCR法进行基因分型。结果 :共检出 3株对万古霉素耐药肠球菌 ,其中 1株为天然耐万古霉素株。基因型分析结果为 1株VanA型 ,1株VanC1型 ,另 1株基因型不明。结论 :已发现 3株VRE ,临床应合理使用抗生素 ,以防止VRE的爆发流行。
Objectives:Through analyzing the phenotype and genotype of VRE, to investigate epidemiology of vancomycin-resistant enterococci strains(VRE) for instructing rational use of antibiotics in clinic. Methods: 48 isolates were identified to the species level by routine biochemical test. Agar screen plate method was used to screen VRE. We detected the DNA of VRE by multiplex PCR assay. Results:Among 48 isolates, 3 strains were identified as VRE. VanA(n=1) and VanC(n=1) glycopeptide resistance genotypes were found. Conclusions:3 VRE strains were found in our test. In order to control the prevalence of VRE, antibiotics should be selected rationally in clinic.
