摘要
培养高校学生的创新能力 ,是各类高校一项艰巨而复杂的系统工程。在这个工程中 ,首要的任务是建设一支具有培养高校学生创新能力的师资队伍 ,同时还必须对现有的课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、教学手段进行改革 ,创设一个有利于高校学生创新能力培养的环境 ,从而全面提高大学生的创新能力。
Cultivating college students' innovative ability is a difficult and complicated system project, in which priority should be given to the establishment of a teaching staff with the capability of fostering students' innovative ability. Meanwhile, the current curricular system, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching approaches must be reformed, and circumstances which are beneficial to the fostering of students' innovative ability must be formed, in order to make overall improvement in students' innovative ability.
