摘要
“三自”管理是适应当前形势发展需要的一种新型学生工作管理方式 ,对推动学生管理方式的改革 ,培养社会所需的创新人才 。
Thio paper mainly discusses that 'three independence' administration is a new m ethod in college students' administration which adapts to the present developmen tal situation and it very important not only in promoting reform of administrati ving method of college students but also cultivate creative human brains to mee t the need of the socity.
