摘要
社会他律性和责任自律性客观地存在于编辑职业道德之中。社会他律性来自外在的客观要求 ;责任自律性来自内在的意愿要求。二者相互影响、相互促进 ,贯穿并作用于整个编辑活动。实施严格的规范管理和情感教育 ,有利于提高编辑职业道德修养 ,有利于规范编辑职业行为 ,是提高期刊质量的有效途径之一。
The society's other-discipline and the duty's self-discipline exist in the editor's professional morality objectively. The society's other-discipline comes from the external objective requirement, while the duty's self-discipline comes from internal wish requirement. These two elements interact each other, help each other forward, permeating and affecting the whole editorial activities. Implementing serious regulation management and emotional education will be of advantage to increase editor's professional morality and self-cultivation to regulate the editor's professional behavior, which is one of the effective approaches to increase the journal's quality.
