摘要
“打、防、控”一体化建设是落实社会治安综合治理的龙头工程 ,是建立社会治安长效管理机制的重要举措。文章对“打、防、控”一体化建设的必要性和可行性 ,“打、防、控”一体化机制的理论定位 ,“打”、“防”、“控”三者之间关系的认识 ,以及“打、防、控”一体化建设的机制创新等问题作了系统阐述 ,以期更好地服务于公安实践。
The integrated construction of 'Strike, Protect, Control' is the first project to implement comprehensive administration in the society's public order' the vital measure to establish long-efficiency administration mechanism in public order. The article expounds systematically the necessities and possibilities in constructing integration, the theoretical definition of integration mechanism, the relationship's understanding among strike, protect and control, and the creation of the integration mechanism. It is prospected to serve for the public security's practice better.
