摘要
刑讯逼供是我国司法领域存在的一个痼疾 ,它严重地损害了司法队伍的形象 ,损害了我国社会主义民主和法制建设 ,其发生的原因涉及制度、历史、经济、技术等各个方面 ,因此克服之亦是一项长期的系统工程。
Extorting a confession by torture, as a chronic malady of juridical field in our country, does great harm to the image of the juridical team and the socialist democratic and legal construction of our country, but to overcome it is bound to be a long-term systematic project as the causes of its occurrence involve system, history, economy and technology.
