陪审制是防止司法权力滥用和近现代民主政治的当然要求和必然产物 ,让普通公民参与案件的审判 ,是公民行使管理国家权力的一种最为直接有效的方式 ,是国家民主制度的重要组成部分。
Jury system is the certain requirement and necessary product of judicial capacity abuse prevention and modern democratic politics, the participation of the common citizen in the trial is the most direct way for the citizen to execute his right of nation administration, it's also a vital part of democratic system of the country.
