摘要
培养中小学生良好的心理素质要求实施心理教育,而实施心理教育的前提是教师应具备心理教育能力。师范院校是培养中小学教师的摇篮。揭示心理教育能力的内涵与结构,探讨心理教育能力的形成和发展阶段,以及师范生心理教育能力培养的途径,是当前中小学实施心理教育,培养学生良好的心理素质的需要。
Cultivating good psychological qualities of the students in primary and middle schools re-quires the implementation of psychological education,the prerequisite of which is that teachers must have psychological education capabilities.Being cradles of primary and middle school teachers,normal schools and colleges must meet the needs of the implementation of the psychological education and the cultivation of good psychological qualities of students in primary and middle schools by means of reveal-ing the implication and construction of the psychological education capabilities,probing the forming and developing stages of these capabilities and studying the training methods which help teachers college stu-dents to obtain these capabilities.
