摘要
目的 探讨肾移植后红细胞增多症的病程演变及治疗。方法 报告 2例肾移植后红细胞增多症 ,并复习有关文献。结果 2例均用开博通 (Captopril)治疗后痊愈 ,随访 1 2～ 1 8个月无复发 ,血红蛋白 (Hb)及红细胞压积(HCT)均维持在正常范围内。结论 肾移植后红细胞增多症起病时Hb先于HCT增高。开博通是一种治疗肾移植后红细胞增多症的安全。
Objective To discuss the clinical course and treatment of Erythrocytosis after renal transplantation. Methods Two cases of Erythrocytosis after renal transplantation with review of the literature.Results 2 recover after treated with Captopril,Have not recured by follow up a case to 12-18 months,Hb and HCT maintained normal range.Conclusions Erythrocytosis after renal transplantation Hb prior to HCT increase on onset.Captopril has been well tolerated by all the patients.
