摘要
目的 寻找一种新的产科服务模式 ,提高产科质量。方法 选择 60 0名孕妇为实验组 ,由其自己选择医务人员作为孕期保健医生 ,对其进行一对一服务 ;并与在本院门诊建卡的 60 0名对照组进行比较。结果 实验组的产检八次率、高危管理率、高危妊娠预测、妊娠结局及医疗投诉和满意率与对照组比较差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 孕期全程服务在最大程度上保证了孕妇良好的妊娠结局 ,能提高产科质量 ,融洽医患关系 ,值得推广。
Objective:To look for a new kind of obstetrical department service pattern and improve obstetrical department performance.Methods:600 pregnancy women were chose as test group,chose medical personnel by them self as their pregnancy period healthcare doctors to make'one to one'services and compared controls.Results:Compared with controls,8 timses rate of parturition examination,PIH management rate,PIH pregnancy forecast,pregnancy result and clinic complaint and satisfaction all show significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:Whole process service of pregnancy women,improve obstetrical department operation quality,make good relationship between medical personnel and patients and should be applied.
