摘要
用共沉淀法制备了一系列磁铅石型稀土高温燃烧催化剂Ba1-xLaxMnAl11O19-δ,并用XRD、BET和甲烷燃烧活性对其进行了表征。结果表明:用共沉淀法,经过1400℃的高温灼烧,可以制备出单一相β-氧化铝结构的BaMnAl11O19-δ和单一相磁铅石型结构的LaMnAl11O19-δ以及两相共存的部分取代产物,当其组成为Ba0.8La0.2MnAl11O19-δ时活性最好。稀土元素La3+也可以部分替代Ba2+进入其骨架结构的镜面,并能改善其活性。
A series of MP-like rare earth catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation in this paper The samples were charactered by XRD, BET and activities of methane catalytic combustion The test results show that the single phase and Mp-like can be yielded by co-precipatation and the Ba08La02Al11O19-δ has the best catalytic activity In addition, the results also reveal that the Ba2+in the mirror can be partly substituted by La3+ and the catalytic activity of samples is also improved
