摘要
随着市场经济体制的建立 ,尤其是我国加入WTO后 ,现行的建筑产品计价模式已经不能适应新的市场环境 ,造价管理体制必将进行改革。作为我国工程造价管理重要手段和计价依据的定额也面临着重新定位的问题。讨论了在新形势下 。
Along with the establishment of market economic system and joining WTO our country, the current construction cost valuation pattern of building products has not already meet new market environment .The construction cost management system will carry out significant reform. As important manage means and estimation reference, the quota also faced with the problem of positioning again. This paper discusses the change of position and role about quota in new situation.
