The Technical Specification for Strengthening Concrete Structure with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Laminate (CECS146:2003) is the first technical standard of strengthening concrete structures with Fiber Reinforced Polymer(FRP)in China.The specification includes six chapters,which introduce the technical prescript details and applications of strengthening concrete structures with CFRP.They are general rules,terms and symbol,material properties,design and operation method and verification method,construction,quality checking,appendix and illumination.
