摘要
荔枝果实的个体发育应划分两个时期 (第Ⅰ期和第Ⅱ期 ) ,第Ⅱ期又可划分为两个亚期 (Ⅱa和Ⅱb)。第Ⅰ期是以果皮和种皮发育为主 ,为果实缓慢生长阶段 ,种子的溶质累积生长率小于水分累积生长率 ,果皮的溶质累积生长率与水分累积生长率近似 ;Ⅱa期大约维持 14d ,种胚快速生长 ,其它部分也有一定量的生长 ,溶质累积生长率大于水分累积生长率 ,而具败育种子果实不具有Ⅱa期 ;Ⅱb期大约持续2 1d ,假种皮快速膨大生长 ,溶质累积生长率小于水分累积生长率 ,成熟过程加速进行。聚类分析结果也进一步验证了这种划分方法符合数学变化规律。
It was suggested that litchi fruit growth could be reasonably divided into two stages (StageⅠand Stage Ⅱ),and stage Ⅱ could be further subdivided into two substages (Stage Ⅱa and Stage Ⅱb).Stage Ⅰ,which constitutes about two thirds of the whole fruit growth cycle (0-53 DAA),was the phase mainly characterized by the growth of pericarp and seedcoat,during which the influx of solutes was slower than the influx of water into the seed,and it was almost the same case for the pericarp.Stage Ⅱa was the phase mainly characterized by the growth of embryo (53-67 DAA) and the influx of solutes was faster than water influx into the fruit during this stage.Stage Ⅱa was not distinct in fruit with aborted seed.Stage Ⅱb (67-88 DAA)was the phase characterized by rapid aril growth and maturation,when the influx of solutes was slower than water influx into the aril and the maturation progressed rapidly.Clustering analysis results of changes in fruit dry mass confirmed that this revised division of two developmental stages was in accordance with the mathematical pattern and with the notion of'Ballskin versus bladder effect'proposed by Huang and Xu (1983).
