摘要
早期由继电器控制的电梯故障率高,可靠性低,严重地影响了电梯的安全性,PLC作为新型的工业控制器,具有优良的性能,已成为电梯改造的首选方案,而近几年随着楼宇自动化技术的广泛应用,电梯也成为了楼宇设备监视控制系统的一部分。本文以深圳某电梯为例,介绍了三菱可编程控制器(PLC)及直接数字控制器(DDC)在电梯监视控制系统中的应用,该系统在实际中取得了良好的效果。
Elevators controlled by relay have high fault ratio and low dependability which have affected the security of elevators. PLC is a new industry controller, has excellent performance and becomes the first project of elevator alteration . Elevators become a fan of building stakeout and control system with building automation developing. The paper takes an elevator in SHENZHEN as an example, introduces the application of MIISUB-ISHI Programmable Logical Controller and Direct Digital Controller in elevator stakeout and control system, the system achieves good effect in practical application.
