摘要
研究了在液体纯培养条件下 ,磷矿粉用量对一株曲霉Aspergillus 2TCiF2菌株溶磷活性的影响及其动态变化。结果表明 ,磷矿粉的用量超过 2 0g·L-1时 ,溶磷量显著降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,溶磷率由低于 2g·L-1时的 10 0 %降至5 0g·L-1时的 7%。磷矿粉的用量为 10g·L-1时 ,在培养初期菌体生长缓慢 ,第 3天才迅速生长 ,溶磷活性也急剧提高 ,第 14天后几乎没有溶磷活性 ,培养液的pH在第 3天开始下降 ,第 5天降至最低并维持在pH 4左右。培养过程中有机酸分泌也发生变化 ,前期主要分泌柠檬酸和乙酸 。
The effect of the rock phosphate concentration in the media on phosphate-solubilizing activity and the dynamics of rock phosphate solubilization by one isolate of Aspergillus 2TCiF2 were studied under liquid pure culture conditions. The results showed that the solubilization capacity was significantly reduced when more than 20g rock phosphate was added into one liter of the medium. The solubilization rate decreased from 100% at the rock phosphate concentration of <2g·L -1 to 7% at the concentration of 50g·L -1 . The fungus initially grew very slowly and had very low activity of solubilizing the rock when the rock concentration was 10g·L -1 . The activity increased sharply after the third day following fast growth. However, the fungus had hardly the solubilization activity after 14d incubation. The pH of the medium decreased at the third day incubation. It reached to the lowest level at 5 th day and maintained at about pH4. The organic acid production also changed during the 21d incubation. The fungus produced citric acid and acetic acid during early growth, but acetic acid and malic acid at later stage.
