摘要
本研究在分析怀柔冷水性鱼产业化发展和观光休闲渔业形成过程的基础上 ,总结了怀柔观光休闲渔业的4大特点、冷水性鱼产业化发展的 3大优势以及面临的 5大问题 ,提出了今后发展战略与对策措施 :充分利用现有冷水资源、加强鲟鱼的综合加工利用和物种保护、建设冷水性鱼防疫体系以及冷水性鱼生态产业的培育和发展等。
The paper analyzed the development of sightseeing and tour fishery of cold water fishery industry integration in Huairou district in Beijing. 4 characteristics,3 advantages and 5 problems need to be solved were then summed up. Lastly the development strategies were proposed, including the richly utilization of cold water wealth, the comprehensive utilization and protection of sturgeon, the establishment of epidemic prevention system and the development of cold water fishery's ecological industry.
