摘要
以 7份抽薹特性有差异的春甘蓝自交系为试材 ,在 6 ,8,10叶龄分别进行低温处理 30 ,4 5和 6 0 d。结果表明 ,8片真叶低温处理 4 5 d为鉴定不同抽薹特性甘蓝育种材料的最佳处理方法。
In this experiment,7 inbred lines of spring cabbage were selected as the experimental materials,they differed from the characters of bolting.Two treatment were the leaf stages and the days of receiving low temperature,the leaf stages have 3 levels:the 6th,8th and 10th main leaf stage,the day of receiving low temperature have 3 levels:30,45 and 60 days.Then,the stages of bolting in these spring cabbage materials were identified.The results showed,the method,which spring cabbage materials were treated under low temperature in 45 days at the 8th main leaf stage,was the best practical.$$$$
