摘要
贸易壁垒调查是一国就其出口产品或服务在其他国家、地区遭受的不公平待遇进行调查,并根据有关国内法律或缔结的条约或协定采取适当措施。目前,以美国贸易法“301”条款、欧盟贸易壁垒条例为代表世界主要贸易大国都建立了贸易壁垒调查机制。我国在加入WTO后,为保护我国出口产品或服务在其他国家不致遭受不公平的贸易壁垒,于2002年11月1日起正式实施《对外贸易壁垒调查暂行规则》。
Trade barrier investigation is an institution that a country can launch investigation when its exported goods or services have suffered unfair barriers in other countries and areas and take proper measures in terms of related national laws or treaties. After the United States of America and European Union have established the institution of trade barrier investigation, the rule has came into effect on Nov.1st,2002 in China to protect our country's exported goods and services.
