摘要
利用SPEED方法萃取定向凝固镍基高温合金中的MC碳化物晶体后进行SEM-EDX分析,其结果在似稳场条件下的MC碳化物晶体与从高温合金熔体中的生长的MC碳化物的浓度分布规律相一致。
Using the SEM and EDX, the Crystals of the MC carbides extracting from superalloy which was solodified directionally were analysed. The result showed that the concentration distribution of MC carbides crystallizing from superalloy melt agreed with that one predicated by the equation derived under the conditions of quasi-steady state.
