摘要 综述了生物表面活性剂的研究进展,包括它们的种类、结构、产生、特性和应用等,重点介绍了糖脂和磷脂化合物。 This paper reviews the progress on biosurfactants, included their types, structures, production, characteristics and applications.The glycolipids and phospholipids are emphatically described.
