摘要
酸化协同赤霉素(GA_3)对辣椒种子的发芽起促进作用。种子经1mol/L HCl处理1h及100×10^(-6)GA_3的处理后,可比CK组提前1—2d发芽,并提高了种子的活力指数和发芽势。
The acidification and GA, stimulated the germination of Bush Redpepper, Capsicum fruttscens L seeds. Pretrcated the seeds by 1 mol/L HC1 for 1 hour and then treated with 100×10-6 GA3, the germination would be 1-2 days earlier than that of control, and the seeds vigor index and germination energy would also be increased.
