摘要全球化始于发达国家 ,并迅速蔓延至发展中国家。面对全球化的挑战 ,东盟各国应通过加强区域经济一体化的建设并组成战略商业联盟 ,同发达国家开展经济技术合作 ,控制全球化的负面影响 ,以获得最大限度的利益。
