摘要
在青少年犯罪中 ,犯罪青少年对其实施犯罪过程的难易程度有不同的主观评价。评价的差异一方面受到犯罪人主体特征的影响 ,如犯罪人的年龄、性别及犯罪经历等 ,另一方面也受到犯罪实施过程的条件因素影响 ,如犯罪的组织形式、犯罪手段的运用、犯罪工具的使用等。以上分析从多个侧面描述和揭示了青少年在犯罪进程中所特有的心理状态。
Among juvenile crimes, the criminal juveniles have different objective evaluation on degree of difficulty during the criminal process. On one hand, the difference is influenced by criminal subject's character, such as his age, sex and criminal experiences; on the other hand, it is also influenced by the condition factors during criminal process, such as the criminal organizing pattern, application of criminal means and use of criminal tools. From multiple aspects, the analyses above describe and reveal the psychological state that juveniles have during criminal process.
