摘要
江苏水污染控制的基本思路是"控源导流、清污两制",基于这一策略,构建了江苏尾水调度处理的三线工程方案,以实现区域尾水的集中调蓄与生态净化处理,这对我国水污染控制具有借鉴意义。
The essential strategy of water pollution control in Jiangsu Province includes controlling sources & diverting courser,different systems to clean and waste water.Based on the strategy,the control planning of treated wastewater is consisted of three skeleton projects to realize the centralized ecological treatment of regional treated wastewater.The scheme of water pollution control in Jiangsu Province can be used for reference to the whole country.
