摘要
通过岩石坚固性系数f=4~20的深立井井下现场试验,研究了硬岩深孔爆破的空气冲击波、上抛飞石和地震波在井筒内产生的原因及其对尚未达到设计强度的井壁混凝土与井内悬吊设施的严重危害,优化设计了深立井硬岩低抛掷深孔减冲爆破参数.在宣东二矿主井钻爆实践中曾连续4个月创月掘砌成井96 0,141 0,133 1和110 0m的高水平,井筒基岩段754m,平均掘砌成井速度达108 9m/月,建井速度是煤炭立井工期定额(23 7m/月)的4 6倍.
Through spotexperiment in deep shaft with the rock solid coefficient of which is from 4 to 20,the author studied the reasons of forming of blasting wave and throwingup rocks and earthquakewave and the damage on equipments in the shaft and concrete which does not reach the final designing strength. The blasting parameters with lowthrown out and deep hole in hard rock of vertical shaft are optimized.With the new blasting method,highquality engineering records with 960,1410,1331 and 1100 m each month for successive four times have been set during the construction of main shaft of the Second Mine of Xuandong. The basement rock section of the main shaft is 754 m high,the average advance rate of the shaft reach 1089 m per month, which is 46 times as that of the term quota (237 m/month) for coal mine shaft.
