摘要
采用数值计算、动光弹研究和断裂力学分析的方法对定向断裂爆破的力学效应进行了探讨.揭示了定向断裂爆破中裂纹起裂和扩展的机理.指出初始裂纹改变了炮孔应力场分布;裂尖处发生应力集中并具有导向作用;爆生气体准静态压力是裂纹扩展的动力.同时提出了定向断裂爆破参数的设计原则和方法:增大炮孔间距和密集系数,减少炮孔数量和药量.从而使岩石爆破的孔网参数较光面爆破有较大改善.
Adoption of numerical calculation, dynamic photoelastic apparatus and fracture mechanics, discussed the mechanics effect of borehole directional fracture blasting. Instructing the mechanism of cracks beginning and extending in borehole directional fracture blasting. Putting forward that initial cracks change the stress field and bring centralization of stress effect, the crack tips bear directional action, the drive of cracks is the similar static state pressure of explosion. The author offers the principle of parameters design about borehole directional fracture blasting: increasing space of boreholes and massing modulus, decreasing the quantity of boreholes and weight of dynamite, improving the parameters in rock smooth blasting.
