摘要
通过分析计算回转窑托轮中心线与筒体中心线在两个垂直平面内平行和发生偏斜时托轮的最大压应力 ,阐明了托轮压应力与筒体和托轮歪斜角的关系 ,并表明歪斜角在 30′时托轮的最大压应力明显增大。这些计算结果在托轮调整中的应用 ,可有效地避免托轮的损坏。
This article elucidates the relations between the press stress of supporting wheels and rotary kiln body as well as the aslant angle of supporting wheels,and shows the maximum press stress of supporting wheels increases when aslant angle is 30′ by analyzing the maximum press stress of supporting wheels when the center line of the wheels is parallel to the center line of the kiln body or when they are aslant on two vertical planes.
