摘要
探讨了微波辐射Mg(OH) 2 制备轻质活性MgO的可行性 ,研究了微波功率、微波辐射时间、物料重量对Mg(OH) 2 分解率的影响 ,得到了微波辐射Mg(OH) 2 制备轻质活性MgO的最佳工艺 :微波功率 80 0W ,微波辐射时间 8分钟 ,物料重量4克 ,其煅烧时间只有传统方法的 1/10 ,Mg(OH) 2 分解率为 99.6 2 % ,氧化镁含量 95.0 9% ,碘吸附值为 78.6 8mg/g ,产品指标达到了沪Q/HG11— 2 38—
The feasibility of preparation for light and activated MgO from Mg(OH) 2 by microwave radiation was investigated. The effects of microwave power, radiation time and material weight on the rate of Mg(OH) 2 decomposing was researched. The best technology on preparation for light and activated from Mg(OH) 2 by microwave radiation was obtained: microwave power was 800W, radiation time was 8 min, material weight was 4g, The calcining time of this process was one tenth as fast as the conventional process. the rate of Mg(OH)2 decomposing was 99.62%. The content of MgO was 95.09%. The iodine value of MgO was 78.68 mg/g.The quality of MgO was up to par of hu Q/HG11-238-82.
